"Went for breakfast and was very satisfied. Ordered the poached eggs and toast and a latte. Coffee was great with a good roast flavour. Eggs tomato and toast hit the spot. Perfect quantity for what I needed. Wife had the smashed avo which she loved, especially the relish with it. Service was good and welcoming."

"We had a beautiful dinner here whilst on vacation in Port Stephens. Staff were lovely and advised us when we were ordering that there would be an hour wait for mains as the restaurant was fully booked and we were completely understanding considering it is a popular holiday destination and the volume of patrons they were catering for. Our entrees arrived within half an hour and mains followed shortly after. Food was very nice. Lamb cutlets were cooked to perfection. Pastas were full of flavour. Even the greek salad was seasoned well. Other items we had were garlic bread, garlic pizza, bruschetta and kids bolognese which were all delicious too. Highly recommend and will visit again when back in Port Stephens."

"Absolutely incredible dinner at Nigronis! We started with the Garlic Prawn Pot, and the prawns were so fresh and perfectly seasoned. For mains, the Diavolino pizza had the perfect amount of kick, and the Boscaiola was creamy, rich, and total comfort food. Great atmosphere and friendly service. If you’re in Nelson Bay, this is a must-visit!"

"A lovely setting to sit outdoors on a beautiful evening enjoying good food and the company of good friends. We were a group of 10 on Easter Saturday and despite it being busy, and slightly on the slow side, the service was friendly and the food delicious. Between us we tried a good selection of the menu from the steaks, to the barramundi, pastas, veal scallopini and moussaka - everyone left full and satisfied. The only "down-side" was that the only one serve of pepper sauce for 2 orders of steak ever showed up despite being told twice that it was on its way."

"Really lovely restaurant in the middle of Nelson Bay. Nicely laid out and spacious with very pretty decor. The food was well prepared. The garlic bread wasn’t the greatest but the pasta was near perfectly cooked al dente which is hard to find. The veal was nice but not sure I’d have it again. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the lamb shank. Delicious, tender and full of flavour. Would definitely go again."

"We’ve had an amazing experience dining at Nigronis. Very welcoming and great atmosphere. We were seated a bit earlier in the evening and have never regretted our choice. The service was quick. All the meals were exceptionally good. Portions were large and fresh, with lots of ingredients. We’re very excited to come back next time. Our appreciation to the Nigronis team — they’re excellent. We ordered lamb with baked potato, pasta boscaiola, and bruschetta as a starter."

"Great food- great service!! Thankyou so much especially Lexi our waitress for being so kind and attentive. Busier due to the summer holidays so a bit of a wait for our meals but Lexi made sure we had our entrees and drinks. Had the chicken scallopini, a pizza and the lamb shanks and everything tasted amazing and worth the wait! We will be back! Thankyou"
